HTC Wildfire S Android Market, HTC Hub and HTC Likes

The structure in the Android Market is quite simple – featured apps ahead and above them, three portions (Applications, Games and Data). There is also a new shortcut up there for commencing a search.

The Applications and Online games sections are divided into subsections (electronic. g. Communication, Entertainment etc. ), so that you can filter the apps that are tightly related to you. Of course, there is usually an option of displaying most apps in bulk, but you’ll probably need days to browse all that way.

There are many apps in the Android market and the key ones are covered (report managers, navigation apps, document audience etc. )

Android and also the HTC Wildfire S can handle handling all sorts of texting – SMS, MMS, email. Social network is covered by several applications and widgets, and there’s Gtalk, which could connect you to Google’s speak network and compatible networks as well (like Ovi Chat) read more HTC Wildfire S Messaging.

HTC Likes is surely an alternative way to browse the market industry, which might prove to are more convenient than the vanilla software. It has tabs for Presented and Popular apps, which are generally presented as 3D cards.

To generate finding apps even easier, you will see what apps/games your friends get commented on, which is the best way to find recommended apps. Or you may use the HTCSense.com site to look for apps from the comfort of your computer and mark them. Later, you can find them in the Market items tab.

HTC Likes pulls apps through the Android Market, but each one posseses an HTC Wildfire S or HTC review. You can reply to apps, like and share these people via texts or email, even over Twitter and Wireless bluetooth (which just sends a text note which has a link to the app).

Just about an app store, but the HTC Hub is a superb source of widgets, wallpapers, scenes and skins plus sound customizations – ringtones, alarms and notification sounds along with entire sound sets (an arrangement is a whole package that mixes the other three categories).

HTCSense.com offers some premium features for free (a bit like HTC Locations). The Phone locator can be used to locate your phone if it’s stolen and you can lock it or even erase all the data from it.

Along with don’t worry – HTCSense.com will back up your Wildfire S contacts and messages (though contacts should already be safe and sound in the Google cloud).

A few other handy features include ring mobile phone (if you’ve lost it as part of your room and can’t find the idea), toggles for call along with message forwarding. The site also permits you to view and edit contacts along with view messages. You can compose SMS along with MMS messages too – so that you can use the big computer keyboard set and you don’t even require the Wildfire S in the front of you to send a number of messages.

You can also view your plus your friends’ Footprints. Finally, HTC Hub lets you browse apps and games on my pc and mark them, which makes them safer to find on the phone after (in HTC Likes). You can’t initiate an app download through the site though.

The site is a touch heavy but if you’re using an updated browser you have to be fine. However, HTCSense.com failed to load properly in Internet Explorer 9 but it worked once we enabled Compatibility Mode. HTC Wildfire S Android Market, HTC Hub and HTC Likes.
